1. Free Shipping on All Orders over $50

Customers will receive free Standard Shipping to any address inside the United States on all orders totaling $50 or more. All Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, AFO/APO and Guam or International shipments are not eligible for Free Shipping.

2. Shipping Notes

Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses and International shipments may take longer than the estimated shipping times shown above.

2nd Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping are not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses or International shipments.

Weekend delivery is not available, 2nd Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping are not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses or International shipments.

3. Inclement Weather Advisory

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather. Please contact the delivery carrier (FedEx USPS or UPS) for your shipment if your package has been delayed. AutoPartsToys cannot be responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or delivery carrier service interruptions caused by the delivery carrier.

4. New Orders

After your order has been verified you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order ships from the warehouse you will receive a separate email with your tracking number.

We cannot allow you to change your shipping destination once have submitted an order.

5. Split Shipments

AutoPartsToys reserves the right to ship from one of our multiple warehouse locations. It is possible that parts in your order may be shipped separately once you confirm an order for multiple items. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

7. Payment

When you pay by credit card or debit card, the payment amount for your order will be charged upon checkout and funds will be withdrawn from your financial institution at the time you place your order.

Please note payments cannot be used for other purchases. If you cancel your order, your payment will be immediately refunded to the same card that was originally used for payment.

8. Special Offers and Coupons

Sign up to receive special offers, promotions, and coupon codes delivered directly to your email address.

9. Sales Tax Policy

AutoPartsToys charges sales tax on all orders as required by law.
The sales tax amount is based on your shipping address and will be displayed during checkout before you pay.

10. Competitor Price Matching

If you find the exact same item you purchased from AutoPartsToys advertised at a lower price from any other web site, prior to your purchase or within 30 days after, please contact us at customerservice@autopartstoys.com and a representative with get back to you within 48hrs.

AutoPartsToys will match the competitor’s price after confirming that an online website has the exact same part number, in stock, from the same name brand manufacturer, is available for immediate shipment and offers the same warranty. (Used parts will not be eligible). Our lowest price matching service means the competitors advertised price of the part plus any shipping and handling charges as compared to our AutoPartsToys.com website.

Price-match discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or coupons, competitor clearance prices, special one day sale, or discounts. Internet auction websites (such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc) will not qualify, nor will any site that is deemed non-professional.

11. Shipping Lead Time

Most of our products usually ship with-in 1-2 days after checkout depending on availability. Some orders will ship 3-5 days after checkout, and in some cases others will ship 7-9 days after checkout. Should you want more information on shipping times, please feel free to email us.

12. Returns

AutoPartsToys returns are made easy using our easy returns form. To keep our prices incredibly low, we need your help in minimizing returns. Please double check that your order is correct before you confirm your purchase. If you find that you made a mistake, or simply changed your mind, you may return your parts as long as you get them back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. They need to be in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Rather than pass the cost of processing returns on to everyone in higher prices, we will reduce your refund by a 20% restocking fee.

All returns of parts must be in original packaging / new and resalable condition. The RMA # must be clearly written on the outside of the box.

Any part that was used or installed on your vehicle is non-returnable.

Shipping Fees for returns are on the account of the buyer, and original shipping cost if any, will not be refundable.

Problem with your order? If we make a mistake, please make sure you include a note with your return describing the error and we will waive the restocking fee.

Damaged delivery? If you notice the damage at the time of delivery, ask the delivery driver to wait while you check out the contents. If your parts are damaged, refuse the delivery. Then drop us an email at customerservice@autopartstoys.com  and we'll start the process to get a new order shipped out to you. If you don't notice the damage until the carrier is gone, refer to our easy return policy

Defective items

If an item arrives defective as a result of a manufacturer defect, we will send you a pre-paid call tag for the return of the order, no questions asked.

Credits

All returned parts will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse return specialists.

All parts must be returned in new and saleable condition, must include any hardware, installation sheets, etc. and must be in the original box.

Your original credit card/payment that was used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs.

Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit to your account and refund your money.

AutoPartsToys will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions; we will not be responsible for any damage during installation.
